Description
Welcome to the course on the MERN Stack Retail Store POS App.
First of all, let’s say:
What is POS?
Customer payments for products and services are processed at a point of sale (POS), and sales taxes may be due at that moment. You may do a point-of-sale transaction either in person or online, and you can get a printed or electronic receipt.
So in this course, we will show you how to make a POS app with React, Redux, Node, and Mongo.
It’s almost like an eCommerce app, but here we don’t have any user dashboards or screens for users. The stores, malls, and hotels will all be there for us to use when we get there.
We will talk about the following features and concepts in this MERN Stack POS App: 1.
UI / React
- What is the POS Distinction? There’s a difference between a POS and an Ecommerce application.
- State Management has been reworked.
- We will do all API calls without using Redux, and we will just use Redux for cart functionality, therefore you do not need to be a Redux expert.
- The Ant Design Library will be used to create the user interface. It is the world’s second most popular React UI framework.
- To speed up our development process, we’ll utilize bootstrap classes for regular style.
- One of the nicest features of this app’s UI is the ability to generate/print a bill for a client that includes the products and amount.
Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
Working with a node that uses an express and Mongo DB combo. In Mongo DB, you may create sophisticated schemas and models.
Developing Restful Full APIs.
The app is being deployed to Heroku.
MERN Stack: MERN Stack is a JavaScript stack that makes full-stack web application deployment simpler and quicker. MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js are the four technologies that make up the MERN Stack.
Each of these four strong technologies offers an end-to-end framework for developers to work in, and they all play an important role in web application development.
Who this course is for:
- Developers that can work on all aspects of a project
- Developers for the MERN Stack
