What are the Three Releases?

The Three Releases are a very old technique for resetting the energetic, sensational, and emotional responses in the body. While originating in esoteric Buddhism, the technique taught in this course is non-denominational and requires no religious belief of any kind.

The technique utilizes active visualization combined with the use of three of the body’s primary energies. In this case, vital, astral, and mental energy are leveraged.

No prior experience with meditation is required.
